Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you has received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Carlo Di Dio, archivio di dio, Jonasstrasse 34, 12053 Berlin, Germany, contact@archiviodidio.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
